Get that into your head.
Happy training, Train hard.
and i think what kenny said is really true too.
so yes, get that into your damned head too.

HAHAHAHAHA
by the way,
throwing in a vid:

this was what i was watching everyday before tournament.
watch and learn.

(anyw, i changed the blog song, cos i was given a scare by the music when i opened the blog)
(kenna scare by Carmen Overature, what a joke- -)
HAAAA

Okay, GOODBYE:D

Kengtian,
your beloved penguin.

Words of wisdom:
Always warm up prior to play. It is important to stretch the muscles groups before intense play. Badminton involves alot of quick movements including lunging and stretching in many different directions. Injuries are more probable if athletes do not do proper warm ups.

Yo! everybody! Kenny's here! Hu is he? hmmm dun care...just read!

Since I am here, of cox share some of my experiences...

I am nt that old hor just wan to share something la..

As I can see and read... mostly is skills leh...and the video

language quite hard to understand...hmmm...how I noe??

of cox, I dun understand also see leh! U all also must see carefully!

But so wad if u noe all the skills? Its the attitude, character and

personality that counts. Seemed like I like very gd like that?

Therefore I shld talk abt my failures.zzz I failed to accept advice.

I failed to accept failures. I failed to change my misconception.

But of cox I fail most badly is that, I noe I had failed yet failed to

change... but of cox, I might had wanted too much from myself

to the extend that I lost more than I gain. sry...abit too long winded...

I shall go straight into the point:Listen to any1 that gives gd advice,

even if u think it is wrong, u hav to accept it. You might 1 to ask.

Coach said, just do it, dun doubt it. (translated), but I still feel that

1 shld understand why he must do so, then he can understand and

accept how he shld be doing it rite.

2ndly, dun be discouraged, when u lost, becox failure is only when u

lost to urself. Challenge urself to win him soon. It better be soon. BECOX

THE TRIAL IS NEXT WEEK!!! Haven try yet, dunno hu still the best dun

giv up yet!! Saying this becox I also quite scared la...

3rdly, must gt patient, tolerance and endurance. Tolerate unfairness

like dunno in or out... dunno short or in...etc...must tolerate!! Endure

thru the match! dun giv up even when points is like quite far apart,

becox it is nt the end yet!!

4thly, confidence and determination. We say confidence if self gained.

However, it is very easy to be drained. Just 1 insult sarcasm comment

or condemn critism, confidence all gone... This might nt be for all people,

but for benefits of those hu might be like that, advice u to care less abt

this kind of _ _ _ _ _ _ s. *Believe in urself. Becox, if u dun hav confidence

how can people hav confidence in u??? Although for me is..I nit people to

hav confidence in me, then in my heart, I hav the confidence nt shown

out at all... nt that gd...

Last but nt least is respect. Uncle stanley emphasised most on this.

hahahas...I gt diff. version. 2.0.. I think respect urself 1st, if nt

dun talk abt respecting others. Respect urself, mind ur own actions

and words. Responsibility...responsible for one's words and actions...

OMG... erm...I talked too much, most of the "nonsense" is adapted

from other people la...they say de is *nt nonsense* la..but after

converting to mine version, it is nonsense...nonsense that hopefully

be beneficial... oh well~

Special thanks for all bad comments.

Signing off.
Kenny Tan Always.
To Keng tian: lets just stop playing with fire.

HELLLOOOO.
Just a reminder to all.
Please attend badminton training, best, every training.
Please attend unless with a valid reason okay.
HEHE. I'm gonna post about what happen during training today.
Dont know can a not. If cannot thn senior just tell me thn i delete this post.
Today uh. Nothing really special happen. haha.
We did running(as usual).
We did lifting.
We also did skipping.
EVERY SEC 1 MEMBER MUST BRING A SKIPPING ROPE FOR NEXT TRAINING.
IF NOT. U WILL HAVE TO BUY ONE FROM COACH WHICH COSTS 20 SING DOLLARS.
And, NOBODY is allowed to be late.
Anybody late by a minute, 10 push-up.
Today, two guys did 40 and one guy did 90.
It's not a very good experience uh? hehe.
Nothing more to update.

Here are some basics i think some of you people should learn more
kindly watch and not listen, unless you know korean.
HAHAHAHAHA!
--------------------------------------

For everyone,
as you know, stretching is important in all sports.
All atheletes should know stretching.
But most of you dont know the basic stretches before you start the training going.
that's why you get injuries, aching all over.
this video will teach you how to stretch, kindly watch

Lesson 1: Stretching

Many of you, dont even hold the correct grip.
unless you do it the corect way, you will find out, you cant hit certain shots, and not being as powerful, as accurate as others.

Lesson 2: Grips

Some people still dont have their correct swing, here is it;
simple as that.

Lesson 3: Forehand and Backhand Swing

----------------------------------------

here is it; the advanced part

Lesson 4: Smash

-------------------

NOW, Its Footwork.
its totally vital and important that you get it right,
it must come naturally while playing, so that your movement wil be smooth, swift, fast.

Lesson 5: Backcourt Footwork

Lesson 6: Frontcourt Footwork

---------------------

Lesson 7: Underhand Swing.

---------------------

Advanced:

Pushing is very important (especially in doubles play), this is when the return is very fast, and you use it well to force your opponent to make a mistake, or so you can make a kill after.
Pushing can be used from the back of the court, to push your way into the middle, and slowly to the front, and then you can make some killer shots.
/this video is only about at the front of the net.

Lesson 8: Pushing

---------------------------

Trick shots:

this is only available to the sec2 and sec3 peoples.
you must have the basics before learning it.
Or you wil spoil your basics learning, and ruin your career.
------------------------

OKAY, i was hoping this videos will help.
you guys can go youtube and look at professional play.
and learn their tactics, footwork, movement, and even tricks.
it will be beneficial, and its always easier to look to learn than listening to learn.

any comments on the videos?

Thanks:D
