So did anyone lose form at the training in the previous 2 trainings?? I think some of you did!! Haha...If you think you lost form, train and practice more!!! Catch up with those people who practiced during the holidays. JIA YOU everyone!!! especially those that have to hone their swings :)

Hey people...Yesterday would be the last day of training for everyone due to the exams, so study hard people!!! There is a possibility that there will be training during the holidays...try not to skip :D
Anyways, training was fun with you people!!! Epic swings, epic faces and epic people...haha... and vigorous trainings!! Words for juniors: Room for improvement!!! :D That, of course, applies to me as well...that why you see me whenever I have the time...i try to look out for your mistakes...those basic ones :P And I see what I have to improve on for eveytime I play.. You can help me too!!! I wouldn't mind :)

look, its tournament period.
and i hope everyone would keep him or herself, in good form.
because its a battle coming ahead.
and in good form means, you eat drink sleep well.
no dangerous sports like, wrestling, or any other form of ball games that is competitive.
from now on, this body is no longer yours.
you, your skills, and the jersey you have, represent your school.
so you cannot do anything to it, unless the school asks you to.
have you get me yet?!
NO SPORTS !
excluding PE.
and please rest when needed, and do stretching whenever you can.
drink plenty of water and eat alot of fruits.

this one tournament that we gave alot of attention to, as we practically train year long for it.

okay, back to posting.
firstly, let us welcome our new sec1 batch, and that simply means the girls, you are seniors now.
please, by all means, show a good example of what the term senior means.
it means to be someone like kenny, get it already?
well, this three months that i returned back to training, i really had fun, and that to see how different you people are from the ones 3months ago is really gratifying.
you people had improved in all areas, not just skills.
and you guys should be proud of it, and showcase them all in the upcoming tournament.
tournament should not be fearsome, and apparently, it wasn't.
just do not be too stressed over the match, and relax whenever possible.
oh, and anyw, please do your homework.
not to say complete all, because you have no time, since you all spend 4 out of 7 days last week with badminton.
but please, at least try and do them.
remember you're at school to study, badminton's second.

i really hope we see some results at this tournament because everyone has been training hard for a year now.
and for the sec4s, it pretty much their last tournament doning in coral colours.
so definitely, we all want to show something, rather than coming back empty handed time and again.

please do it for me.
because i see YOU ALL more than i see my own friends in my own personal holiday, and i didnt take a single cent.
and all i hope is something we can all be proud about.

C girls, the draws are hard, but everything is hard at first time, but at least you started and there's no going back.
you just have to play at your best and at least get to tell me, "kengtian, your three months of hardwork paid out, we played very well."
this is the minimum that i ask for, i seriously hope my time has been spent worthwhile.

lastly, everyone in this team has trained very hard, and you deserve applauses.
but its not the end, and i hope for the next couple of years, nobody gives up on this path and continue wearing that jersey.
I dont want to see someone's name disappearing from the sidebar because they chabok away.
